Primordial perturbation spectra in Renormalisation Group driven cosmology
Abstract:
Quantum corrections to Friedmann-Robertson-Walker cosmology coupled to a scalar matter field are studied under the assumption that the dynamics are subject to Renormalisation Group improvement. Power-law inflation is obtained as a solution in the ultraviolet fixed point regime, smoothly approaching classical cosmology at late times. The power spectra of cosmological perturbations generated in such background are computed as functions of the fixed point values of the coupling constants.
