Modern summation and integration methods for multi-loop Feynman diagrams

Abstract:

In this talk we will demonstrate how symbolic summation and integration algorithms based on difference field theory can be used to evaluate multi-loop Feynman diagrams. Special emphasis is put on brand new evaluations of 3--loop massive single scale Feynman diagrams with operator insertion arising in joint work with Johannes Bluemlein (DESY--Zeuthen; Deutsches Elektronen Synchrotron).
