There are fellowships available for junior scientists covering the hotel and part of the local expenses. Our financial resources make it necessary to limit the number of supported participants who will be selected among the applicants. Applications for fellowships should be submitted at earliest convenience. Please arrange for one letter of recommendation to be emailed to vienna.theor-physik@univie.ac.at .

We also invite applications for a limited number of talks from researchers working in areas related to the focus of the seminar. Junior participants, including advanced graduate students, post-doctoral fellows, and junior faculty, will be given priority.

In addition to the seminars there will be a Public Lecture on Friday evening and a Conference Reception on Saturday evening.

The detailed program can be found here.

Registration will begin on Friday Nov. 26 at 09:30 outside the lecture hall

"Christian-Doppler-Hörsaal"
Faculty of Physics, University of Vienna
Boltzmanngasse 5 / 3rd floor
A-1090 Vienna

At registration you will be asked to pay the registration fee of € 50. Payment must be by cash; we cannot accept credit cards. There will be no registration fee for students, for COST MP0801 WORKSHOP participants, nor for members of the Faculty of Physics of the University of Vienna, of the Faculty of Physics of the Vienna University of Technology, of the High Energy Physics Institute of the Austrian Academy of Sciences, or for current visitors of the Erwin Schrödinger International Institute of Mathematical Physics.

The seminar will start on Friday Nov. 26 at 10:00 and end on Sunday Nov. 28 around 13:00.

We will not be providing pens, paper or conference bags. Copies of the schedule and the list of participants will be available, however.
