Symmetries and Momentum Cutoff Regularization

Abstract:

We propose an improved 4-momentum cutoff regularization method. With a slight modification the momentum cutoff respects Lorentz and gauge symmetries and identifies scale dependence. The finite terms are unambiguous and agree with the result of dimensional regularization.
